Office Manager - Fashion Clothing Manufacturing at Jaola Vault

Jaola Workshop based in Ajah, Lagos is recruiting for a talented Office Manager to join our expanding team!

We are looking for a friendly and motivated person who thrives in a busy environment, is confident and loves to develop and nurture talent. They will take an active role in the supervision of Tailors, ensuring smooth and efficient service in the workshop and managing the workshop schedule based on bookings.

With plans for the company to expand, this a great opportunity for anyone hoping to grow and progress in the industry while developing their skills in a busy, ever evolving environment.

Successful candidates will need to be attentioned to details, tech savvy, know how to use social media platforms, work 6 days out of 7 and must be prepared to work evenings (accommodation will be provided for late evening) weekends and public holidays.

Experience in Fashion required however training will be provided

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring Tailors follow styles requirements, be very meticulous and pay close attention to details
• Communicate, Build & Maintain list of wholesale fabrics suppliers 
• Manage Day to Day activities & Daily workshop schedule ensuring deadlines are adhered to
• Surpervision of Tailors
• Ensure Clients Deliveries goes out to dispatch on time and communicate with dispatch riders to ensure orders gets delivered 
• Create Content for our social media platform 
• Ensure Quality control guidelines are implemented  and brief tailors accordingly
