National Sales Manager

Our client, a Pharmaceutical Company is in Urgent need of a National Sales manager with minimum of 10 years sales experience.

The candidate must be a *pharmacist .
*Must be from  Pharma sales industry only.
*Male candidate needed.

JD for national sales manager:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of sales dept.
• Manage local operations by coordinating with multiple departments such as production, procurement and deliver key insight into the general market and competitors. 
• Provide timely and effective solutions with clients' needs
• perform market surveys and keep track of competitors activities.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvement.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
• Manage logistics support and managing goods allocation /transfers from factories.
