Job Description

• We seek to hire independent and result driven Merchant acquisition officers for the following cities: Abuja and Kano
• As a Merchant acquisition officer, you will acquire and maintain Merchant’s relationships to ensure continual growth and sales target.

What You’ll Do

• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
• Promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Drive Merchants to optimize usage of the terminals.
• Ensure optimal usage of all devices and channels.
• Acquire Merchants within and outside your region.
• Ensure always 80% of terminals deployed are actively utilized.
• Ensure Merchants are adequately supported.
• Report directly to the Head, Business development
• Make weekly reports.
• Builds self to ensure adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
• Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales target (terminal deployment and transaction.

What we're looking for

• B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related field.
• 3+ years experience in Merchant acquisition
• Excellent relationship skills and merchant network.
• Excellent network of contacts in the retail sector.
• Proven track record on sales specifically in the retail sector.

Salary
N90,000 - N150,000 Monthly (Basic pay and commission based).
