Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT/CLEANER role based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The role involves welcoming patients, answering phone calls, and assisting with appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• The team member will help maintain patient areas, consultation rooms, and common spaces in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition in line with healthcare standards.
• Daily responsibilities include organizing patient files, supporting front-desk operations, guiding patients within the facility, and assisting with routine office tasks as needed.
• The role also requires adherence to infection control procedures, respectful patient interaction, and collaboration with clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate reliability in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, with knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and infection control.
• Candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work respectfully with diverse individuals.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to follow written and verbal instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• A secondary school certificate (or equivalent) is required; prior experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
