Marketing Executive

Lpm limited is a UK based Aparthotel Company. We provide Serviced Apartments also known as holiday apartments for visitors from all over the world. We’re a small family company. As we are entering a new phase of growth, we are looking to add a marketing expertise to our marketing department. Some business development role and experience will be invaluable. We need a marketing specialist with background in the hospitality industry to bring in innovative ideas to reach a wider audience across the globe.

Key elements of the role will include:  

• Sales/Launch Campaigns; pro-active activity focused on specific business requirements•
• Dealing with and closing enquiries within the company's specified timeframe
•  Ensuring the client's expectations are met in accordance the company's standard •
• To maximize conversion opportunities to continuously exceed set targets
• New Business Development Strategy;
• Pipeline development strategy creation
• Strong Email Marketing
• Social Media marketing
• Brand awareness and development
• Web content management 
• Boosting our social media presence
• Newsletter/promotion campaign management and analysis
• Define and drive email strategy to leads, customers, and guests.
• Knowledge of marketing hotels and serviced apartments
• Be able to produce relevant management information from internal systems to support reporting and account management
• Competent use of software packages such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel to support sales presentations and reporting
• Coordination of events and activities
• Channel, market and competitor analysis

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years’ demonstrable experience within online and offline marketing
• Experience with the latest digital marketing trends, technological advantages and hospitality marketing
• Proven success working on integrated marketing campaigns (a portfolio of demonstrable previous work would be a distinct advantage)
• University degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality or a relevant subject
• An advanced level of English -

• Experience in marketing analytics systems
• Previous experience of email systems (Mail chimp desirable)
• Significant experience working on CMS platforms (Word Press desirable)

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Work remotely

Basic Salary is N40,000 Per month +Wifi Cost

Commission up to N100,000 Per month
