    Lead Sales / Marketing ( Direct Sales Manager )

    Choicestone Capital Limited is a real estate and Construction company. We are a company that has subsidiaries with vested interest in Construction, Finance, Properties and Hospitality.

    We are URGENTLY recruiting to fill the posion below:

    Sales Lead /Marketing (Direct Sales Manager)

    Job Description

    • Supervise the sales team and ensure they meet set targets.
    • Meet with clients in person or over the phone.
    • Explain type of mortgage available and how it can be assessed.
    • Know your client financial situation including their monthly expenditure to help calculate how much mortgate they can access.
    • Explain the different type of mortgage and offer products for your cllients to choose from.
    • Carry out assessment test to determine which mortgage is suitable for clients.
    • Training of the Sales Team.
    • Ensuring that clients can afford what they are borrowing on Mortgage, not only now but in the future. In the event that interest  rate changes or an other circumstances.
    • Explain about repayments and Mortgage protection.
    • Advise on and sell related financial products such as building or Life Insurance.
    • Help clients complete the Mortgage Application.
    • Other some general advice on the home - buying process.
    • Meet sales target.
    • Deal with Mortgage vendors, agent and valuers.
    • Keep up to date Mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation.
    • Respect your client's right to confidentiality.
    • Follow strict industry rules and guildlines and ensure you give impontial and appropriate financial advise.
    • Fully Co-operate with any enquiry or investigation from the financial institution should things go wrong , and a client uses their right to protection.

    Requirement

    • HND / BSC  in Marketing / Sales 
    • Proven Sales  Supervisory experience.
    • The ability to liase well with Clients
    • Excellent Networking skills.
    • Effective Communication skills
    • Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
    • Having an Insurance experience is an added advantage.
