• For our upcoming Project in Lagos , we are looking for a "Transport Logistics Specialist", Matching the following description.

Qualification:

• Must hold a master's degree in TRANSPORT PLANNING,MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT (MTM), Transport Planning & Engineering or its equivalent with experience in areas of planning,design, implementation and management of Transport logistics;

General Work Experience:

• Must have experience at least 10 years in port and border operations(customs; transit systems and operation of multi-modal systems and terminals,inland clearance/container depots,warehouseing and logistics clusters);

Specifique Work Experience:

• Experience in transport logistic planning will be required. Evidence of involvement in at least two (2) projects out of which one should be in a corridor context;
• Working experience in the field of freight forwarding and border clearance at a senior level in a reputed company will be preffered. Evidence of at least three (3) years working experience is required;
• Must possess Knowledge of international Road transport (IRT) Booklet and e-IRT ( Electronic IRT) Booklet System,Bill of Lading, Road Transport Receipt,Multimodal Transport Document (MTD),Packing List,Invoice and all transport and trade related documents.Evidence of at least two (2) years working experiencein these areas is required.
• Working experience in the sub-saharan Africa region will be an advantage ( at least one (1) project) ; and
• Excellent-spoken and written English or French with working knowledge of the other will be an advantage;
