Human Resources Officer at James Hope University Business School

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree, in social sciences or humanities. Master’s degree, i.e., M.B.A., M.Sc. or M.A. in a related field of study is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
