    Human Resources Officer

    The candidate is expected to have competence in the following areas:

    • Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, career development, appraisal, training and relevant personnel affairs.
    • Carry out validation of candidates by performing reference checks
    • Train and retrain on customer service to prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct performance evaluation and monitors department’s performance in conducting the performance evaluation.
    • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
    • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
    • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
    • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
