Human Resource Officer at PEC Ballons and Events

SUMMARY

We are looking to hire a young, vibrant, smart, and proactive individual to oversee the human resource functions in order to ensure quality talent planning, reward and engagement in our organization. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate and implement the standard recruitment process by recruiting qualified candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Perform induction and orientations session for new employees and update their records.
• Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation, process payroll and resolve any payroll errors with external bodies.
• Coordinate and Implement performance management procedures and Key performance indicators
• Coordinate and schedule online and offline training sessions and seminars for employee using performance/ appraisal results.
• Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews, transfer, discipline, and conflict resolution among employees. 
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices for better engagement among team members.
• Assist the supervisors to implement marketing campaigns and ideas to better communicate the brand on all social media platforms. 
• Maintain digital and manual records of employees.
• Perform other duties as directed by the MD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A first degree in any of the Social Sciences with good planning, organizing interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. 
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in Human Resources or a related role.
• Must be computer literate, a good knowledge of and experience with Data Analytics will be an advantage.
• Membership of CIPM or CIPM in view is essential   
• Be proficient in spoken and written English. 
• Related experience in the organization industry is an added advantage.
