Job Description

• As a key support to the HR team, you will assist with essential HR tasks and administrative duties to ensure smooth HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment as you gain hands-on experience and develop key HR skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and Performance Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn.
