HR Officer at Uniterm Nigeria Limited

Job Summary:

The HR Officer who is vast in HR activities with a minimum of 2years HR Generalist and ISO: 9001 2015 experience is to provide support to the Senior HR Supervisor in the areas of Payroll/Compensation and Benefits to ensure timely closure, serve as the ISO Rep for the HR department, Formation and review of Policies, Processes and Procedures, Ensure Interpretation, Implementation and Compliance of Policies and Procedures and Assist in providing support and assistance to the HR team accordingly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Effective knowledge on Payroll/other HR software administration.
• Knowledge of resolving payroll queries.
• Knowledge on monthly timesheet administration.
• Knowledge on HR Budget preparation.
• Knowledge on ISO 9001:2015.
• Effective Knowledge on Formulation of Policies, Processes and Procedures
• Knowledge of implementation and interpretation and Compliance of policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Employee and Industrial Relations
• Knowledge on recruitment and selection, trainings and statutory/regulatory laws within the HR space.

Certificates, Training and Experience

• B.SC/HND in Management or other relevant field.
• CIPM Membership is a compulsory requirement.
• ISO 9001: 2015 Training Certificate.
