    HR/Legal Adviser

    Responsibilities

    • Draft Legal documents for real estate transactions
    •  Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
    • Represent company in purchases and sales of properties
    • Design and help implement company policies
    • Research and recommend performance evaluation methods
    • Address employee requests and potential issues
    • Hiring and recruiting of employees
    •  issuing queries and sanctioning of non compliance to company policies
    • perfection of legal documents
    • Land search at Ministry of Lands

    Requirements

    • Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and HR best practices
    • Prior work experience in real estate will be an added advantage
    • Married female candidates preferably
    • Applicants must reside within Egbeda, Shasha and environs
