    Hospital Administrator/Business Manager

    A fantastic opportunity has become available for a forward-thinking, goal-oriented Hospital Administrator/Business Manager to direct and coordinate health and medical services.

    Successful candidates will work well under pressure while multi=tasking in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively react to emergency situation. Possessing an excellent communication and problem-solving skills with superb organizational, administrative and planning skills is top on the list.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulation

    • Work as a liaison among the boards,, medical staffs and department managers

    • Evaluate personnel and prepare daily reports.

    • Assist with recruitment, consenting, screening, and enrolment of personnel.

    • Ensure stock levels are adequate and orders are made on time.

    • Organizing medical outreach.

    • HMO profiling and enrolling the hospital on more HMO platforms.

    • Complete timely and accurate documentation of tasks.

    • Authorise admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.

    • Practice financial acumen in managing budgets.

    • Passionate about clinical excellence.

    • Resolve potential issues with patients.

    • Supervise dail administrative operations.

    • Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.

    • Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.

    • Train new empoyees.

    • Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staffs.

    • Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.

    • Implement and monitor HMO regulations, and ensuring all HMO documentations are up-to-date and other jobs as may be directed by the Director.

    Requirements and Qualification:

    • OND with proven experience in similar position, HND/BSC in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or related field.

    • Work experience in Medical facility, experience in management, customer service or human resources.

    • Computer proficinency in healthcare record systems, email, word processing, excel and powerpoint applications.

    • Attention to details in completing work tasks.

    • Superb interpersonal communication skills.

    • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to make decision with sound judgement.
