    Duties

    • Manage hospital finances, income and expenditure management, audits and others
    • IT skill and knowledge
    • Front desk
    • ICAN is an added advantage

    AS AN ACCOUNTANT

    • Preparation of monthly management reports.
    • Coordinating financial postings into the company’s books
    • Reconciliation of bank accounts
    • Responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of accounting transactions and financial records
    • Mapping of charts of accounts.
    • Develop Accounting/Finance processes and ensure adherence.
    • Accounting/bookkeeping experience is an added advantage.
    • Ability to multitask and remain motivated.
    • Committed to working efficiently and accurately.
    • Conduct complex financial analysis to determine present and future performance.
    • Proper and thorough documentation of all data and findings
    • Review previous budgets, expenditures, and operational efficiency.
    • Developing budget and target income figures
    • Taking effective corrective action
    • Monitor Company’s expenditures and profits regularly, ensuring cost-effectiveness and making recommendations to management
    • Ensure adherence to all processes regarding budget and budgetary control.
    • Advice the management on cost reduction measures, revenue generation, and ways to streamline operations or increase customer satisfaction.

    AS A FRONT DESK OFFICER

    • Receive patients & visitors to the facility cheerfully & professionally making sure they are well attended to.
    • Provide basic clerical duties such as photocopying, record filing, posting information, and distributing mail, as required.
    • Cover all incoming calls quickly and effectively; must always address issues effectively and expeditiously.
    • Act as the primary source of facility helpdesk; responding and updating requests.
    • Coordinate the scheduling, rescheduling or cancelling of appointments as required efficiently.
    • Always ensure the right ambience at the reception by ensuring climate control, music control & other aesthetics are on point at all time.
    • Other duties as they arise.
