    HMO Officer

    Location: Victoria Island

    Qualification: BSc

    Responsibilities

    • Checking eligibility and pricing verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures (HMO)
    • Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.
    • Following up on revenue cycle timeframe for HMO.
    • Setting up HMO payment plans and work collection accounts 
    • Updating billing software with rate changes.
    • Support oversight to HMO personnel in billing processes
    • Assist and support audit & Account teams in verifying bills and billing data.
