a)    Responsibilities

• Get people to attend our entertainment events & use our services
• Increase headcounts by advertising parties, events, and lounge venue to attract potential clients
• Organizing and promoting regular entertainment events to attract a loyal customer base.
• Booking performance artists, such as DJs and bands.
• Liaising and negotiating with artists' agents and celebrity managers.
• Organizing and distributing publicity materials.
• Ensuring events run smoothly on the night.
• Organizing and providing VIP lists.
• Organizing special promotions and maintaining a budget.
• Experience handling difficult clients
• Handle press, social media, branding and public relation
• Liaising with security and bar staff.

c)     Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing, public relations or a related field, preferred.
• Proven 3 years’ experience working as a promoter.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of successful promotions.
