Head of School at City Sports Group

We seek to fill the below position immediately for a Sports/Leadership School.

Requirements

• Min of 2 years experience in a similar position or as an Operations Personnel in a School or any related position.
• Bachelor's degree in Education.
• Detailed Knowledge of organization management, Budgeting, leadership, communication, multi-tasking, human and physical resources management is required. Preferably a Female for gender balance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement & review of development programs
• Lead, coordinate, prepare & organize training sessions.
• Expand existing partnerships & client base as well as create new ones.
• Liaising with coaches and Centre managers to develop a rounded & engaging program.
• Review and advise on training & development for coaches and Centre managers.
• Plan, manage, and execute budget among other things.
