    Head of Sales

    Our client who is a multinational pharmaceutical/nutraceutical manufacturing company, is currently looking to hire an

    experienced Head of Sales for its business operations in Lagos.

    Locatio: Ikeja, Lagos

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure Management is informed on the progress of those goals.
    • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
    • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
    • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
    • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budget

    DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES

    • Monitor daily achievement of sales & distribution
    • Monitoring the implementation of sales project/program
      Keep update with Branch Manager and other sales team to get the progress
    • Reviewing & planning sales strategy
    • Coordinating with other departments to expedite the company's operations

    QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics Management, etc.
    • 5+ years’ experience in same position (preferably from an FMCG company)
    • Identifying, recruiting and hiring talented sales reps
    • Leadership
    • Ability to train, coach and mentor
    • Defining, implementing (and innovating) sales plans
    • Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Forecasting sales results (within a reasonable margin of error)
