    Head of Sales (South)

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
    • You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and scaling our sales operations to meet ambitious targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
    • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
    • Analyse sales metrics and KPIs to optimise sales performance and forecasting.
    • Manage the sales budget and resources efficiently.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 7-10 years proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the wine and beverage industry.
    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
    • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
    • Must reside in the South region.
    • Candidate should know how to drive and own a car.
