    Head Of Sales and marketing

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute strategic business development, marketing, customer acquisition, and sales plans to expand our market share, customer base, sales targets, and brand visibility/influence. 
    • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
    • Build, train and motivate business development, marketing and sales teams to consistently meet & exceed targets. 

    Requirements. 

    • 5-7 years’ experience as a sales professional in a leadership role (preferably in Real Estate sector but not mandatory).
    • Proven track record of developing and executing business development, marketing and sales strategies for an established brand.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines. 
    • Competent with Microsoft office Suite, Salesforce.com and ComScore.
