    Head of Marketing

    Position Overview:

    • As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading, strategizing, and executing the marketing vision for the entire firm, its subsidiaries, and current projects. You will oversee a marketing team, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and implementing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives and drives brand visibility, market penetration, and lead generation.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics, both luxury and residential. You will also hold your team accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering exceptional results across all marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Marketing Leadership

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all subsidiaries and building projects, including the luxury building project, residential estate project, and commercial developments.
    • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, print, events, public relations, and social media, with a focus on both online and offline visibility.
    • Ensure that all marketing strategies are aligned with the company’s goals, brand identity, and target audience segments.

    Brand Development & Positioning

    • Lead the development of the firm’s brand positioning and messaging for each project and subsidiary to ensure consistency and relevance across all channels.
    • Oversee the creation of branding guidelines, ensuring uniformity across all marketing materials and communications.
    • Maintain a keen focus on differentiating the firm’s projects, especially the luxury and residential developments, in competitive real estate markets.

    Market Research & Analysis

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights within each market, ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven and tailored.
    • Regularly analyze competitor marketing strategies and adjust the firm’s strategy to capitalize on weaknesses and identify new opportunities.
    • Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and digital performance to drive improvements in marketing tactics.

    Lead Generation & Sales Support

    • Develop and implement lead generation strategies that drive qualified leads to sales teams, ensuring that all marketing campaigns contribute to the sales pipeline.
    • Work closely with the sales team to create materials and campaigns that support the sales process, including presentations, brochures, and online content.
    • Regularly track and report on lead conversion rates, customer engagement, and sales support effectiveness.

    Digital Marketing & Online Presence

    • Oversee the development and optimization of the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
    • Lead efforts to continuously improve the firm’s online reputation, focusing on reviews, online engagement, and content creation.
    • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

    Team Management & Development

    • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the achievement of both individual and team goals.
    • Implement performance evaluation systems with clear KPIs, ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall objectives and that team members are held accountable.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance within the marketing department.

    Budgeting & Financial Oversight

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget across all subsidiaries and projects, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on the marketing budget and expenditure, ensuring the firm’s marketing initiatives remain within financial parameters.
    • Optimize marketing spend through careful analysis of return on investment (ROI) and performance metrics.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

    • Provide regular marketing performance reports to the executive leadership team, focusing on key performance indicators such as lead generation, sales support, brand awareness, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Engage with stakeholders, investors, and partners to present the firm’s marketing strategy, goals, and successes, building relationships and trust.

    Public Relations & Event Management

    • Develop and execute public relations strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals.
    • Organize and oversee high-impact events such as product launches, property tours, industry conferences, and community outreach programs.
    • Manage crisis communications as needed, ensuring the firm’s brand reputation is protected.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    Brand Awareness & Market Penetration:

    • Increase in website traffic by 20% year-over-year.
    • Achieve a certain percentage increase in social media engagement (likes, shares, comments).
    • Increase in brand recognition and reputation in both the luxury and residential markets.

    Lead Generation & Conversion:

    • 20% increase in qualified leads generated through digital and offline marketing efforts.
    • 40% conversion rate from leads to sales for each project.
    • Cost per lead (CPL) reduction by 15% over a 12-month period.

    Digital Marketing Performance:

    • 15% increase in paid search performance (click-through rate, conversion rate).
    • 30% improvement in SEO rankings for key search terms.
    • Achievement of specific KPIs related to email open rates, click-through rates, and engagement.

    Campaign Effectiveness & ROI:

    • Track ROI for each marketing campaign, aiming for a positive ROI (at least 2:1).
    • Meeting or exceeding KPIs for specific campaigns, such as engagement rate, lead generation, or sales conversion.

    Team Performance & Development:

    • 80% of marketing team members meeting their individual KPIs.
    • Improved team productivity and creativity, measured by the timely execution of campaigns and creative solutions.

    Budget Management & Cost Efficiency:

    • Marketing spend remains within the allocated budget, with a variance of no more than 5%.
    • Demonstrated cost-efficiency in campaign execution, with increased results per dollar spent.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

    Experience:

    • At least 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in real estate, banking or a related industry.
    • Proven experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and market segments simultaneously.
    • Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website management.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Expertise in budget management and marketing analytics.
    • Deep understanding of the real estate industry, particularly luxury and residential markets.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and major digital advertising platforms.
    • Familiarity with design tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
