Qualifications：
- Called to the bar with a minimum of Second Class Honours Lower Division Degree from both the Law School and University.
- Legal major, with at least 8 - 12 years, of working experience in practicing in a Legal firm and must, also have experience in election petition matters.
- Stable, tough, calm, cautious, and attentive characteristics with a teamwork spirit.
- Have good language skills and legal written writing skills.
- Fluent in English.
