Front Desk Executive

• Must be a female
• Must be fluent in english language, other Nigerian Language is added advantage
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Answer questions and ability to address complaints
• Welcome customers upon arrival and display the list of products available.
•  Attends promptly to customers inquiries and assists them with necessary information.
• Ensures the customers are satisfied and maintains their satisfaction throughout their time.

Competency/Skill/Requirements

• About 1-3 years in the front office or customer service in reputable industry.
• Should always be neatly dressed, wears the complete uniform within the standards set forth by management.
• Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Market Executives

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through direct marketing strategy to customers and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential customers, estate developers and addressing their concerns.
• Identifying and developing innovative ways to communicate the company’s products to existing and new customers.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Collect and collate feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Keep abreast of industry trends and new market opportunities
• Conduct periodic market research in coordination with Marketing Manager
• Timely submission of periodic reports and activities
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the company in relation to marketing..

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 4 years work experience.
• Must be fluent in English language (other languages shall be added advantages)
• Must be presentable at all time and must always well dressed
• Must reside around Abuja and its environs
