Field Sales Officer at Najec FMCG Limited

The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for generating sales, acquiring new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing customers across supermarkets, shops, retailers, resellers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers.
• Visit customers and generate orders.
• Promote NAJEC products and services.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads.
• Monitor market and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in FMCG sales or distribution is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and in the field.
• Knowledge of the Abuja market is an advantage.
