• Computer literate (will be tested during interview) ⁣⁣
• Extensive store retail experience (THIS IS A MUST) ⁣⁣
• Excellent customer service skills and experience ⁣⁣
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
• Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand
• store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meeting sales goals by enthusiastically selling and marketing items to customers in store and online
• must have attention to details and ensure process are followed always
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer experience
• Proven sales management experience.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent Selfpresentation ⁣⁣
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines ⁣⁣
• Must live around Ajah or environs
