Job Description

• Evaluate and implement marketing strategies for the organization to promote its product and services to existing and prospective customers
• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the business operations
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for the organization's products and services on variety of social media platforms
• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing materials and oversee distribution
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to increase awareness
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success
• Handle any other project or task as assigned by management

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of OND in marketing, business administration or relevant field
• 1 year minimum experience as a marketing officer or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of social media
• A good team player with a customer-oriented approach
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good organization, planning and time management skills
