Fashion Sales Representative (Online) at Swift Consulting

Job Description

• Maintain and develop relationships with customers through telephone calls, Facebook / WhatsApp/Instagram, and our client’s online store.
• Negotiate on price, costs, delivery, and terms of an agreement and closing sales with customers.
• Respond to prospective client inquiries quickly and completely, provide appropriate follow-up as needed.
• Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential customers.
• Record all the customers' details, preferences, and contacts for future contact.
• Gather market and customer information.

Job Requirements

• OND, HND or B.Sc in relevant studies
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Must be a social media savvy.
• Must have in-depth knowledge and passion for fashion.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Drive for results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
