Farm Supervisor at a Farm

Farm Supervisor Position

Experienced farm personnel required for a medium-sized and startup farm. 

Location: Ilorin, Kwara State.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have STRONG Animal Production (pigs, goats, rams, etc.) experience; some marketing experience would be a plus++
• Basic tools handling skills for routine repairs/maintenance as needed on the farm.  
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a MUST (Or, willing to learn)
• Must be able to keep track of farm operations, and safety records and prepare concise monthly management reports. 
• Must be a person of high integrity, dedicated, hands-on, mind-on, and lead from the front.
• Candidate must be willing to stay on the farm or live no more than 30 minutes away from the farm location.
• Candidate must have great written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• ND, HND, or other recognized certificates in Animal Production Technology with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. 
• 4- 5 years of continuous and relevant experience with a reputable farm will be considered in lieu of the above requirements
