This position leads the development of long-range of strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability.
The estate manager will oversee the activities of all contractors charged with the provision of estate facility management operations; such as, environmental management services, cleaning, waste management, etc. – to ensure that Estate gets the best value at all times, whilst operating within current acceptable safety limits
Act as contract administrator, coordinating all Estate operations contracts for high-quality services delivery, while ensuring that all budgets and contract end-dates are not exceeded.
