    Estate Management Assistant

    To improve on its upscale market share and deliver positive return to its stakeholders and the environment, the Company is interested in engaging the service of an Estate Management Assistant with direct responsibilities as follows:

    • Work with the Estate Officer to strengthen the market share and quality of the service delivery by the organization.
    • Work with the Estate Officer in liaising with the Tenants on matters concerning them and the building.
    • Contact the Tenants to collect rent and service charges [where necessary] as and when due.
    • Hold regular meetings with the Tenant [s] on the provision of services and improvement on the buildings, and   provide appropriate report of such meetings.
    • Supervise the on-site workers and provide appropriate reports on their performance.
    • Liaise with vendors and other service providers on behalf of the Company.
    • Meet with the Company’s clients and customers to address their real estate needs.
    • Ensure that all buildings in the Company’s portfolio are well maintained and of the highest standard at all times.
    • Prospect for new properties for management by the Company.
    • Execute any other assignment as may be specified by the organization.

    The incumbent will have the following characteristics;

    • A Higher National Diploma/Ordinary National Diploma Certificate in Estate Management.
    • 1 - 2 years’ experience in real estate/office support services.
    • Basic knowledge of computing or strong interest in learning computer applications for reports and presentations.
    • Basic knowledge of handling office equipment.
    • Strong negotiation, writing and verbal communication skills.
