    Estate Management Assistant

    Pacific Crest Property Company (PCPC) is a Lagos, Nigeria based development organization committed to exploring local resources in providing global products in housing, urban development, real estate development and facility management.

    The organization intends to forge a strong collaborative relationship with diverse stakeholders in pursuit of common commitment to improving the quality of life and wellbeing of their clients and target beneficiaries of its services.

    As part of the growth strategy of the organization, PCPC is now seeking a dynamic and young Estate Management Assistant that can perform the following roles:

    Job Roles:

    • Provide facilities management services to the premises being managed by the organization
    • Liaise with Tenants with a view to collecting rental and service charges [where necessary] as and when due.
    • Hold regular meetings with the Tenant [s] on the provision of services and improvement on the buildings, and provide appropriate report of such meetings.
    • Supervise the on - site workers and provide appropriate reports on their performance.
    • Liaise with vendors and other service providers on behalf of the Company to ensuring delivery of quality service.
    • Meet with the Company’s clients and customers with a view to addressing their real estate needs.
    • Ensure that all buildings in the Company’s portfolio are well maintained and of highest standard at all times.
    • Prospect for new properties for management by the Company.
    • Update and present service charge account on monthly basis.
    • Execute any other assignment as may be specified by the organization.

    The incumbent will have the following characteristics;

    • A Higher National Diploma/Ordinary National Diploma Certificate in Estate Management
    • 1 - 2 years’ experience in real estate/management/facilities services.
    • Basic knowledge of computing, real estate and facilities management applications for reports and presentations.
    • Good knowledge of handling office equipment.
    • Strong negotiation, writing and verbal communication skills.
