    Purpose of the role: The purpose of the role is to coordinate all functions of the Luvanex Foundation in Nigeria and across Africa as a Nonprofit organization. This role will be reporting to the CEO of the organization. Key accountabilities of role:

    • Oversee the administration of the different organizations under the Luvanex foundation, Entrepreneurs in Christ, Prayer Clinic, Job Readiness & Women Empowerment. 
    • Organize conferences and seminars for Entrepreneurs in Christ. 
    • Organize careers fairs as needed for the job-readiness program. 
    • Hire, train, and exit employees as required for the foundation’s initiatives. 
    • Create & Maintain workflow process for each department of each organization under the foundation. 
    • Recruit & screen volunteers for the foundation's initiatives as needed. 
    • Build professional relationships to secure the advancement of each program. 
    • Research and apply for grants for programs applicable under the foundation. 
    • Create the online job readiness program curriculum by recording the lessons. 
    • Screen applications & facilitate the job-readiness program weekly Q & A session for the new intakes. 
    • Oversee the foundations web designers and ensure smooth operations of the mobile and web-based application of prayer clinic on both the ios & android platforms. 
    • Maintain a cash flow analysis of the income and expenses of each organization within the foundation. 
    • Act as a liaison between the head office in Nigeria and the foundation representatives in various parts of Africa 
    • Conduct weekly update meetings with the CEO and send monthly reports of the foundation’s status. 
    • Interview Mentors and match them with mentees for EIC. 
    • Interview widows and career women & match them with sponsors. 
    • Oversee the social media pages of the foundation, ensure content engagement on all platforms 
    • Other ad-hoc functions as needed Internal Customers: Luvanex Group CEO Foundation Board Members Entrepreneurs in Christ External Customers: NGO’s Grant companies for sponsorships Religious organizations i.e churches Skills Acquisition companies Qualifications & Experience 5- 10 years experience with a degree in Management, Communication, or Marketing preferred Budget Management Relationship Management Strategic Management Training & Facilitation Management Social Media Management
