    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and develop creative digital marketing growth strategies.
    • Implement digital marketing campaigns/strategies via Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search
    • Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
    • Provide reports and analysis to company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
    • Measure and evaluate KPIs of all digital marketing campaigns to Identify trends and insights.
    • Collaborate with the product and technology team, alongside the distribution and marketing team to develop and monitor strategic marketing and initiatives.
    • Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
    • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new market opportunities.
    • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
    • Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
    • Stay current with new web technologies and digital marketing trends and implement these new technologies in developing and updating current campaigns to include new information.
    • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience in digital communications and marketing or a similar role.
    • Working knowledge of managing SEO/PPC/SEM campaigns.
    • Knowledgeable in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
    • Good knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture,
    • Web Trends and working knowledge of ad serving tools (i.e. DART, Atlas).
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools- Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, MS Word, MS
    • Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
    • Proficient with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Remuneration
    N400,000 monthly
