Digital Marketer at Luxe & Élan Lifestyle Company

Responsibilities:

• Manage all digital marketing channels including but not limited to social media (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) and google my business.
• Create and post timely, relevant and engaging content including videos and other multimedia content on the different channels.
• Create and execute SMS and email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and prepare weekly reports to track growth and success rates of such campaigns.
• Convert online leads into sales.
• Stay up to date and informed on new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
• Identify industry-related leaders and influencers and engage them in brand activities.
• Ensure that the brand message is consistent across all platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of HND academic qualification.
• Full understanding of all social media platforms with at least one year of work experience in digital communications and marketing.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design using Canva as well as iPhone photography/ videography and editing using phone applications will be an added advantage.
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
• Ability/willingness to understand what engages a beauty/lifestyle audience online.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Incredible attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Understands and can utilize social media management and measurement tools such as HootSuite, Instagram Analytics etc.
• Working knowledge of email marketing applications (e.g. MailChimp).
• Creative, teachable and self-motivated.
