Deputy Harvesting Manager-Scrabbling Cane - Numan at Dangote

To assist the Harvest Manager in planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring sugar cane harvesting operations to achieve production targets while maintaining safety, quality, environmental, and cost standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Adherence to harvest SOP, right from dry-off, quality of harvest and timely delivery of cane to the factory.
• Close coordination with other stake holders in factory, HTMS and scrab manager.
• Adherence to the company regulations with respect to manpower management, payment and safety measures.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Farm Management, or a related field.
• Any relevant profession certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years transportation, logistics, or equivalent work experience.
