    Customer Service Officer (Portuguese Speaking)

    Due to business expansion, our company is recruiting for the role of Customer Service Officer (Portuguese Speaking).

    The ideal candidate must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in both English and Portuguese language to carry out customer service functions.


    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    • Receive and attend to customers 
    • Track orders and delivery 
    • Answer phone calls from customers 
    • Maintain records and reports.
    • Communicate customer requests and complaints to management 


    • Must possess a minimum of a first degree
    • Min of 1 year customer service experience
    • Proficiency in English and Portuguese is compulsory
    • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
