 Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and complaints
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer experience
• Support client onboarding and follow-up processes
• Uphold company values in all client communications

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
• 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service role (real estate industry experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
• Friendly, empathetic, and customer-centric
