Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients professionally
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails
• Handle patient records, files, and confidential details
• Schedule appointments and follow up on bookings
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely communication
• Provide general support to the clinic’s wellness programs and services.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer use
• Prior experience in acustomer-facing role is an advantage
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
