Culture/Employee Engagement Officer at MacTay Consulting

• To support the development, implementation, and assessment of all Culture and Internal Communications strategies & policies to support the bank’s strategic objectives and directionWhat You Will Be Doing:
• Develops HR communication plan for group-wide culture and engagement /change initiatives and ensures maintenance of same throughout the rollout process
• Conducts group wide survey through HR Services to assess the impact of culture and engagement / change initiatives
• Develops and implements an overall change management strategy for each major initiative that enables staff to own the change
• Develops and maintains the processes involved in legislation, regulations and trends to ensure that Access Bank Group HR is compliant at all times and to allow Access Bank Group to position itself at the forefront of HR Service Delivery
• Updates processes according to changes in legislation and policies
• Provides Team Head with analysis, feedback and decision material to further improve the processes
• Ensures the application and communication of the diversity laws and policies
• Responsible for the internal communication portal
• Perform other function as assigned by Head, Culture & Communication

Requirements:

• A Good University degree with a minimum of 2:1 in any discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification requisite experience
• Banking Operations (Domestic & International Operations)
• Industrial Relationship Management/Knowledge of Labour law (Domestic & International)
