Credit Support Officer at Kaylog Economic Financial Campaign (KEFC)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage customer accounts and ensure regular repayment of the disbursement made to the customers.
• Mobilize customers and market information to update business units on product and current trends.
• Manage relationship with key customers as customer point of contact at every level.
• Explore opportunities with existing customers for upsell to increase product sales to customer
• Proper management of groups and individual customer to ensure continuous relationship
• Support finance in control of credit and collections.
