Cost Accountant at Lucky Fibres Limited

About the Role

• Lush Hair Nigeria is hiring a Factory Cost Accountant for our factory to translate daily production data into actionable insights for operations and management.
• Working closely with the Factory Manager, you will own operational reporting, cost analysis and productivity analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily factory performance dashboards and operational MIS
• Analyse production performance against PPIC production plans
• Conduct labour productivity and manpower-utilisation analysis
• Analyse material consumption, BOM variance and wastage
• Analyse production cost and operational efficiency
• Prepare weekly and monthly factory performance reports
• Coordinate the Monthly Functional Review and track action items.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in  Accounting, Cost Accounting or Finance
• Professional qualification in Cost & Management Accounting, ICAN is a strong advantage
• 3 - 5 years' experience in manufacturing cost accounting or factory finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and hands-on ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in a manufacturing / shop-floor environment
• Must reside in or be able to commute daily to Ikorodu.
