Job Description

• The contract & Business Support specialist will be responsible for all phases of contract life cycle and sales performance report.
• Development of contracts to researching the legal regulations to negotiating the terms and preparing the print document.
• The incumbent will collaborate with a legal team or at times work independently to evaluate bids and draft documents.
• Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives
• Identify and keep up with sales trends
• Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
• Ability to interpret sales metrics.

Qualifications

• Degree in law or related disciplines
• 3+ years of legal or paralegal experience, preferably working directly with contract law
• Knowledge of current and legally-binding contractual language and terminology
• Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints, and client concerns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an impeccable mastery of the English language
• Knowledge of negotiation best practices, both in-person and in written form, that considers cultural norms and the client's best interests
