Client Service Represenatative
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND

Responsibilities
- Attending to clients needs and queries
- Building and maintaining good customer service relationship with both new and old clients.
- Attending to calls, mails and messages from clients via various platforms.
- Book deliveries and route order processing effectively
- Keeping proper records of all delivery orders processed.
Requirements
- OND, HND or BSC in any field
- Min of 1-2 years experience as a customer care agent
- Able to work well within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Solid analytical skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-Oriented
