Chef at Decimal Park, Abuja

The chef handling the kichen will be required to carry out the following role other designated functions:

Developing New Recipes. As a chef you will be responsible for developing newer recipes.

• Planning Menus.
• Manage Customer Relations.
• Train the Kitchen Staff.
• Inventory Management.
• Ensure Quality Control.
• Monitoring Safety standards. 
• Coordinating with the purchasing department.
• Looks after the hygiene standards.
• Obtains feedback from the guests. 

Candidates applying for this position should please meet the below required requirements:

• Medical report 
• Food handling certificate 
• Minimum qualification : SSCE
• Diverse knowledge of local Nigerian dishes / Continental cuisine 
• Fluent in English writing and speaking 
• Ability to work with minimum supervision 
• The art of platting is required (added advantage) 
• Male, age 20 to 30 and must be single.
