    Cargo Sales Executive

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cargo Sales Executive with a background in vehicle sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our cargo services, focusing on the transportation of vehicles and related goods. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for cargo services, with a focus on vehicle transportation.
    2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    4. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of cargo transportation services and timely delivery to customers.
    5. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing sales agreements.
    6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
    7. Provide regular reports on sales performance, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and key account analysis.
    8. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to cargo transportation and vehicle sales.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    2. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in cargo or vehicle sales.
    3. Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, particularly in the context of cargo handling and vehicle transportation.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
    5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
    7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Experience in selling cargo services within the automotive industry.
    2. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
    3. Certification or training in sales techniques or logistics management.
