Terre des hommes (Tdh), a humanitarian aid organization, is operative in 34 countries with a range of healthcare and child protection programs, both in development and emergency contexts. Tdh`s mission in Nigeria provides emergency intervention in the Borno State of Nigeria to face people’s needs, displaced by the AOG conflict

Presently, we are developing/renewing the list of suppliers providing the following materials/services/works:

• Lot 1: Provision of catering services Maiduguri, Pulka, Dikwa, Mafa, Monguno and Rann
• Lot 2:  Supply of consumables and Household items
• Lot 3: Provision of Internet services and Equipment Maiduguri, Pulka, Dikwa, Mafa, Monguno and Rann
• Lot 4: Vehicle Rental Services ABUJA
• Lot 5: Purchase of petrol and Diesel Maiduguri and field location
• Lot 6: Vehicle Rental Services inclusive of cargo transportation for Maiduguri Dikwa, Mafa, Monguno and Pulka
• Lot 7: Provision of maintenance Services (plumbing, electricity, generator & Air conditioning)
• Lot 8: Office stationaries
• Lot 9: Cleaning services, fumigation and incineration of hazardous waste
• Lot 10: Hotel & conference facilities in Maiduguri

The main criteria for selecting new suppliers will be as below

• Competitive pricing
• Ability to meet specifications and standards
• Availability of products/services and ability to deliver within 15 calendar days
• Product and service quality
• Financial stability & credit strength
• Payment conditions/requirements
• Adequate warehousing facilities
• Warranty, insurance and bonding provisions
• Previous performance and experience
• Nigerian legal conformity in business practice (have all business certificates and compliance with the Nigerian tax, environmental and business requirements)
