Work with merchant to respond to all dispute raised against the merchant
Monitor to ensure their portals are up and running otherwise, work with internal service provider to resolve issues.
Work with relevant internal or external stakeholders to ensure that all operational issues raised with helpdesk, are resolved and responded to timely.
Work with relevant stakeholders (internal & external) to hold periodic trainings for Marriot team.
Ensure Marriot has functional working terminals, Modems/internet service and accessories by working with relevant teams internally.
Ensure PDOs undertake visits to Marriot locations in line with agreed SLA as well as monitor the deployment of paper rolls and other consumables, including decals
Send monthly reconciliation report to Merchant for transactions processed by UP
