    Business Support Officer (OND only)

    • Work with merchant to respond to all dispute raised against the merchant
    • Monitor to ensure their portals are up and running otherwise, work with internal service provider to resolve issues.  
    • Work with relevant internal or external stakeholders to ensure that all operational issues raised with helpdesk, are resolved and responded to timely. 
    •  Work with relevant stakeholders (internal & external) to hold periodic trainings for Marriot team.  
    • Ensure Marriot has functional working terminals, Modems/internet service and accessories by working with relevant teams internally. 
    • Ensure PDOs undertake visits to Marriot locations in line with agreed SLA as well as monitor the deployment of paper rolls and other consumables, including decals 
    • Send monthly reconciliation report to Merchant for transactions processed by UP
