Selling full services/products line by thoroughly assessing the customers needs presenting appropriate solutions
Build relationships as well as engage effectively with project managers tech / consulting leads services leadership to provide both subject matters expertise input as well as to gain sign off / acceptance for projects
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products technology as well as industry trends
Provide services management team with accurate as well as timely reporting of activities
Complete RFP’s proposals
Lead the sales to the service transition process for all closed opportunities including leading the customer transition call to make sure the project manager, as well as customer, are aligned on the deliverables expected of the services sold
Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by the management of service.
