Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to manage andgrow the company.
You will be responsible for leading the market, developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business, strengthen our position and build our customer base while managing a high-performing team.
This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, demonstrate initiative, work independently, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Primary Functions:

• Support the CEO in selling our services
• Meet the company’s sales and profit targets.
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
• Manage and grow existing customer base
• Increase new accounts within our target markets
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
• Update weekly status report
• Manage all Projects to timely delivery
• Coordinate recruitment & selection processes and interviews
• Carry out all HR support client services
• Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
• Direct the organization of seminars, training and preparation of allslides & materials
• Update all filing, processes & documentation
• Building the team to build the business in line with our strategic plans and run firm in the CEO’s absence

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Business Development role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
• BSc in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of operations & project management
• Experience with developing business frameworks to support your strategiesand decisions
• Experience with databases and project management software
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
• Ability to make engaging presentations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of automation tools to automate Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) into automated procedures
• Operational focused with a high DO:SAY ratio
• Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Robust interpersonal skills
